Product Never Arrived

Our estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days, plus 1–2 days for order processing. If your order hasn’t arrived after 8 working days, we will issue a 100% refund or send a replacement — your choice.

Damaged on Arrival

If your product arrives damaged, please send photos or videos to help@lexorys.com. Once verified by our team, we’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement.

 Defective After Use

You have 30 days from the delivery date to report any manufacturer defect. We’ll either issue a refund or send you a replacement after confirming the issue.

Change of Mind

You may return unused, unwashed items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at help@lexorys.com to begin the return process and receive the return address.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? You can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused and in original condition. Email help@lexorys.com to get started.

Received the Wrong Item

If we sent the wrong product, you have 30 days to return it. We'll refund you in full or send the correct item at no extra cost.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You'll receive your refund within 48 hours after we receive the returned item. Note: Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the transaction.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us first at help@lexorys.com before initiating a chargeback. Once a dispute is opened, funds are frozen, and we may not be able to issue a refund until resolved.

Return Abuse Policy

We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns in cases of:

• Excessive or suspicious return patterns (“wardrobing”)
• Returned items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing
• Potentially fraudulent or criminal activity

Items not originally purchased from Lexorys will be discarded upon receipt.

How to Request a Return

1. Email help@lexorys.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Wait for confirmation and the return address
3. Ship the item(s) back to us
