How can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order directly from your confirmation email within the first 60 minutes. Scroll down in your email to find the “Changed Your Mind?” section. If more than 60 minutes have passed, please email us at help@lexorys.com and we’ll do our best to help.

I accidentally canceled my order, can I resume it?

If you canceled your order but still wish to receive it, the best solution is to place a new order through our website. For questions, feel free to contact us at help@lexorys.com.

I canceled my order, but I’m not sure it went through. Can you confirm?

If you canceled using the link in your order confirmation email, you should have received a separate cancellation confirmation email. If not, contact us at help@lexorys.com with your order number, and we’ll check it for you.

I don’t see the self-cancel option! How can I cancel?

If your order includes a gift card or if you don't see the cancel option, please email help@lexorys.com immediately with your order number and request. We'll be happy to assist.
